She holds her Personal Financial Planning and Insurance Planning designations, reflecting her commitment to comprehensive, well-informed advice.
Shelley is passionate about helping clients achieve financial independence and long-term success. She takes a thoughtful, personal approach, building strong relationships and guiding clients with clarity and confidence through every stage of their financial journey.
Outside of her professional life, Shelley enjoys golfing and rowing during the summer months and travelling with her husband and friends most often to destinations within Europe.

Kim Johnston
Financial Services Associate
Kim is a 10-year veteran of the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining RCIC in November of 2018, she was the Financial Services Assistant to an established investment and insurance advisor in the Guelph area. Over the previous years, Kim obtained a great deal of experience working in an office as an administrative assistant to VP of large company as well as customer service and merchandising representative for a large clothing retailer.
Kim is pleasant to talk to and enjoys working with clients, arranging meetings, and helping with many aspects of the office management and client account administration. Kim welcomes your calls and is always willing to help you with your online accounts, quarterly statements, tax slips and general inquiries.
Outside of the office, Kim enjoys nature hikes with her husband Craig and spending time with their rescued pets. She’s an amateur photographer and gardener and loves to binge watch British mystery shows.
